Predictability surrounds us. But experiences that have lasting impact often come unpredictably.
From its inception four decades ago, Hidden Amber’s promise has been driven by a singular objective; to deliver immersive, enchanted dining experiences.
Hidden Amber isn’t a restaurant. It’s a reprieve.
For some, Hidden Amber is simply what they need it to be in that moment. For others, it’s a highly anticipated and deserved sabbatical from responsibility. Some substitute Hidden Amber for Prozac.
Hidden Amber isn’t a good fit for everyone. As such, we don’t advertise or seek patrons. New guests discover us through trusted friends who share. And because these new guests are relatively few and far between, that discovery is unpredictable and unexpected for both them, and for us. We like that.
Lest you’re tempted to think we’re self absorbed, please reserve judgement. As you get to know us, you’ll see that’s not at all the case. We’re just passionate people filled with gratitude and wonder. We focus on and deeply appreciate our guests.
If we only dine with two patrons tomorrow evening, so be it. We’ll dine together with purpose. All we ask is that our guests share Hidden Amber with those they’re confident will appreciate it.
Because you’ve found this page, and you’ve read this far, you’re probably one of those people. If so, there’s one thing you can predict: your Hidden Amber experience will be remarkable.
We both look forward to meeting and serving you.
Best,
Jack Hadley
